The best hotel we’ve stayed in in Mexico. It wasn’t part of our plans to visit Merida but we are glad we did. Staff here is friendly and helpful with everything. We recommend staying here to everyone and will come back ourselves if ever in Mexico again.

What a great place! The front desk staff is very friendly. Facilities are super clean- cleanest I’ve seen in a long time, even compared with the expensive hotels. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Merida again.

Welcoming and comfortable hotel, easy to find and very private. The rooftop bar was a perfect place to spend the day, great breakfast as well.
